Complete Line-Up and Schedule

There is a complete list of Artists, Bands, DJs, and Performers posted on our website. Please check out our schedule for show times and locations.

Camping

Camping space is included in your three-day pass. We highly encourage campers to bring your own food and to pack out with everything brought into the camp site. This includes garbage, tents, and any other items or materials you bring with you. To put it simply - leave no trace!

Organize a Ride Share

The Art Seen Alliance has created a forum where people can organize ride shares to this years event. If you are coming from out of state or just trying to put together a car pool locally, you can use this ride share forum to hook up with other folks attending the event to save on gas and reduce carbon emissions.

Social Networking Blast this Wednesday

In an effort to reach out to as many folks as we can, we are asking anyone and everyone to participate in a coordinated social networking blast this Wednesday, September 30th. Stock up on web banners and posting code from our website and spread the word by posting blogs, bullitins, announcements, and tweets. Let's shake-up the internet and spread the word!

Street Performances Leading Up to the Festival

Watch out for our artists who will be organizing street performance around Austin at events like First Thursday and ACL leading up to the beginning of the festival. If you would like to participate - just come on out and join the crowd!

GAGA Swap and Chop Saturday and Sunday

People (you) bring your old (but clean) clothing items to add to the donation pile. We are there to help you sew, sort-out and reconstruct your new finds into amazing outfits and awesome attire. Sweaters into dress, pants into skirts, blankets into hats, we’ve seen it all and are ready to help bring your idea to life. The swap and chop will happen both Saturday and Sunday from Noon-5PM.

ATMs Available

There will be ATM machines available at the event. These ATM machines will charge a $4.00 transaction fee - so it may be in your best interest to bring some bills ahead of time.

No Pets Allowed

Sorry, but we will not allow any pets into the festival. We have recieved lots of questions about pets and although we would love for you to bring your furry companion, we simply cannot ensure that they will all play nice together.

No Unapproved Fire Performance

Additionally, we will not allow any fire performance that has not been pre-approved by the production office. We realize that you have been spinning poi for years and we bow to your magnificent talents - but since we have limited fire safety resources we will be enforcing a No-Fire law at this years event to ensure everyones health and safety. If you are still super stoked to spin fire, please contact us at info@artoutside.org and let's talk about how we may fit your performance into the schedule.

Thank you Andrea Burden

A special thank you to Andrea Burden for creating the magnificent poster design you see at the top of this newsletter. Andrea, your work is amazing, and we look forward to seeing you at the event!

Additional Questions or Concerns

If you have any questions or concerns you may email us at info@artoutside.org or better yet - post a new discussion on the Art Outside Forum hosted by the Art Seen Alliance.
